Videos lag, freeze, and restart

Ive never reviewed an app before but this app works so poorly I had to.

I love ufc. I just purchased fight pass. I have not been able to watch 1 fight all the way through without it buffering in the 6 days Ive used it. The freezing, or the screen turning black and then restarting happens every 10-30 seconds.

The app cant remember where it left off so for this last 6 hour event: bisbing vs silva, I have to try to fast forward to 5 hours 20 minutes and 31 seconds over and over again with my finger. Its impossible to do but I get close, it will play for 10 seconds and freeze again.

If you bump any part of the screen or try to wipe something off the screen the video will fast forward and then freeze.

How is this 2016 and an app cant play a video. Ive used it on multiple internet connections and so I know it isnt that. Every other video app works fine.

How can fight pass cost $10/month and be the worst video player I have used in the last 12 years.

Pirating the fights is infinitely easier and less frustrating than using this app.
