I subscribe to UFC fight pass and enjoy using this app. The ability to select certain points of a UFC card (fight starts, rounds within a fight, flurries, etc.) is not present, a feature available on the desktop website.
I have had absolutely no problems with this app, using along with my Fight Pass account. I have purchased several PPVs and even was offered a Fathers Day special three PPV purchase for less than $100 - and used it for UFC 189; 190 and 191.
I also got a code for 10% off of another PPV, which I have not used yet. (Edit: now used for UFC 195.)
The fight library works perfectly for me to see old WEC/ Pancrease cards, etc. And now Fight Pass offers so many other companies cards free on the app, like Invicta; Shooto and Titan FC.
The library and PPV videos stream perfectly and I would highly suggest getting UFCs Fight Pass to use all of the benefits of this app.
Some bad moments
Im very disappointed by the missing video settings, its just not possible to have HD streaming. Very annoying when you want to use AirPlay. At the end I had to mirror my computer to the TV, since the website allows you to do it.
Event replay does not work, content is never available in time. Need to login all over again since the app thinks the account is used on another device - which it isnt.
Works well if you are just browsing old stuff. In general I wonder why I still pay for the content if it is alway available earlier via download somewhere else...
Guys, every second Fight Pass video wont load. I PAY for this and it isnt working.
Please fix this ASAP.

Event replays get constantly interrupted by app breaking down. Experiencing consistent technical malfunctions over a longer period of time. Not an issue with my mobile phone.
The app is a disgrace. Very poor quality. Many errors. Complicated Menus. Poor Search funktion. Many things that are advertised in the fight pass newsletters cannot be found here. Needs a complete rewrite. Also: clearly not a native citizen on the iOS Platform.
Die App ist eine Schande. Sehr schlechte Qualität. Viele Fehler. Komplizierte Menüs. Schlechte Suchfunktion. Viele Sachen, die im Fightpass Newsletter beworben werden sind hier nicht zu finden. Muss komplett neu aufgeetzt werden. Eine native iOS App wäre mehr als angebracht.
